Conference Room Policy

Charles River Room

  • Large auditorium room located on the 2nd floor
  • Capacity: up to 300 people
  • Approximate Size: 80’ x 42’
  • Available Set-Ups: Auditorium, Special Request (i.e. no chairs, tables, tables with chairs, etc.)

Stanford Room

  • Located on the 1st floor
  • Capacity: up to 30 people
  • Approximate Size: 40’ x 30’
  • Available Set-Ups: Pods, U-Shape, Classroom

Nashua Room

  • Located on the 2nd floor near the back of the cafeteria
  • Capacity: up to 25
  • Approximate Size: 30’ x 30’
  • Available Set-Ups: Pods, U-Shape, Classroom

Cornell Room

  • Located on the 1st floor
  • Capacity: up to 20
  • Approximate Size: 20’ x 30’
  • Available Set-Ups: Pods, U-Shape, Classroom

UCLA Room

  • Located on the 1st floor
  • Minimum Capacity: 35-40 people
  • Maximum Capacity: 60 people
  • Approximate Size: 56' x 32'
  • Available Set-Ups: Pods (standard), U-Shape

Summit Room

  • Glass conference room located on the 1st floor
  • Maximum Capacity: 9 people
  • Fixed Boardroom Set-Up

Please note, connections for phone and internet are available in every room but internet MUST be coordinated through YOUR COMPANY'S IT DEPT.
